Initial Consultation

Service Description

The initial consultation is the first step for new patients, and generally takes between 60-90 minutes. During this in-depth session, we’ll discuss your health concerns, and health history, as well as body systems, diet, lifestyle, environment, mental and/ or spiritual health. Together, we'll establish your health goals, and discuss the length of recommended treatment or support. The initial consult allows for me to create a custom herbal(s) formula, which is a blend of herbs chosen to support your body and specific health needs. I will also include a personalized treatment plan, including advice on diet, lifestyle, and supplementation. *cost does not include herbal formula(s)
