All herbal consultations and related services are non refundable, and cannot be exchanged. All customized and personalized herbal formulas cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Non of our Herbal products sold through our online shop, or independently of our consultation services, are returnable. Refunds or exchanges on these products is done by a case by case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please reach out at sierra.herbalist@gmail.com, with a description of your issue or concern, and we will try our best to make it right! Products may be eligible for a refund if they arrive broken. Refunds will be issued automatically if there is a recall of a specific batch of products, or ingredients. Refund and exchange requests must be made within 30 days after receiving  your goods.
