You may have decided that you want to book a herbal consultation, and are wondering what that may look like? Just as all individuals have a unique story, so are their specific health goals and needs.

The consultation process is a chance to look at what makes each individual’s body unique, to find remedies that are best suited to supporting their healing process . Herbalism is a collaborative approach to medicine, meaning work together to determine what is the best plan for you.

The initial consultation is a chance to better understand you as an individual. During this time we will review your health & medical history, relationship to your health, specific health concerns and issues, and areas you wish to support. We will then discuss your health goals, expectations, and a possible timeline.

Herbal medicine comes in a variety or preparations, such as teas, tinctures, capsules, balms, elixirs and more.
The consultation also gives us a chance to explore which herbal preparations may be right for you, and it allows me to prepare custom herbal formula(s) for your specific needs.
This consultation is also a safe space to ask questions and any inquiries you may have about your health, herbalism, and anything that may be relevant to your healing journey!
Below I have more information on consultation options and prices. Please note the consultation prices do not include the cost of formulas.

Herbal Medicine Consultations

Dispensary

At this time custom Herbal formulas are supplied either by Pacific Rim College, or my own dispensary.

Whenever possible, I will source the herbs from my own garden, local growers, and sustainable wild harvesting.

Check out my Apothecary to shop for a selection of already made herbal teas, tinctures, and body care products.

A weeks worth of formula is generally 105ml of tincture, and 25 gm of tea. It is generally recommended when starting a new formula to try it for two weeks.

*Prices below may fluctuate higher or lower depending on the cost of ingredients, and specific herbs or dosages used. This will be discussed with you before buying any formula.

*Herbal medicine is not currently covered by MSP
